Kim Kardashian Worries She'll "Go Crazy" Living With Kris Jenner

With her own home undergoing a massive renovation, Kim Kardashian had a few reservations about moving in with mom Kris Jenner while pregnant with daughter North West. In the July 14 episode of E!'s Keeping Up With the Kardashians, the 32-year-old reality star balks at the idea of bunking with her family -- and big sister Kourtney Kardashian backs her up.

After Kim reveals she's looking at rental properties, her talk show host mom offers another option. "You don't want to be all the way on the other side and you need one of us," Jenner, 57, warns her pregnant daughter. "You're going to be isolated in Beverly Hills with a baby."

"Live with me in this gorgeous house," Jenner continues. "That would be the perfect scenario."

Kim -- who welcomed her firstborn with Kanye West five weeks early on June 15 -- says she hates her mother's "black and white" decor. "I can't take a shower in a black shower," she complains. "The toilet paper's black. I like to see what I'm sh-tting and what I'm wiping."

Kourtney, 34, then chimes in, warning her sister, "The toilet paper also leaves little black dots in your vag." Jenner offers to buy white toilet paper, but her daughter is still on the fence. "I just know I'm going to get crazy and I'll go crazy living her," she says. "I don't know what to do."

Kanye West Says He's "Number-One Living Rock Star," Talks Fashion Feud

So you know Kanye West's new song "I Am a God"? The one with that "Hurry up with my damn croissants" line? Well, it turns out a nasty interaction with a designer inspired him to write it.

Yeezus revealed to W magazine that he wrote the humble little ditty after an "unnamed designer" invited him to his show -- on the condition that West not attend any other shows that season.

"Cause it's like, Yo! Nobody can tell me where I can and can't go," West lamented in the interview with W. "Man, I'm the number-one living and breathing rock star. I am Axl Rose; I am Jim Morrison; I am Jimi Hendrix. You can't say that you love music and then say that Kanye West can't come to your show."

And now the question is: Who was the offending designer? While we've little to go on, we're assuming it was someone who showed during Paris fashion week (West also mentions a French restaurant in "I Am a God"), and we can also assume that the rapper probably didn't end up attending the show. Our bets are on Hedi Slimane (doesn't it just seem like it'd be him?).

West also had some words for Kris Jenner who dared -- dared! -- to respond to one of his tracks with a simple "Great job!"

"Great job? Great job, Baccarat, for making a glass that can hold liquid! Great job, belt hoops, for keeping my pants up," West said.

76% of Americans are living paycheck-to-paycheck

Consumers feel better about their finances, but savings rates remain stagnant.

Fewer than one in four Americans have enough money in their savings account to cover at least six months of expenses, enough to help cushion the blow of a job loss, medical emergency or some other unexpected event, according to the survey of 1,000 adults. Meanwhile, 50% of those surveyed have less than a three-month cushion and 27% had no savings at all.

"It's disappointing," said Greg McBride, Bankrate.com's senior financial analyst. "Nothing helps you sleep better at night than knowing you have money tucked away for unplanned expenses."

Even more disappointing; The savings rates have barely changed over the past three years, even though a larger percentage of consumers report an increase in job security, a higher net worth and an overall better financial situation.

So why aren't Americans saving more?



Last week, online lender CashNetUSA said 22% of the 1,000 people it recently surveyed had less than $100 in savings to cover an emergency, while 46% had less than $800. After paying debts and taking care of housing, car and child care-related expenses, the respondents said there just isn't enough money left over for saving more.

"There really hasn't been much relief," said Megan Stanton, director of marketing for CashNetUSA "The economy is stagnant, $100 is not enough to help you out in an emergency."
