The duo last joined forces on a capsule collection for Mango in 2007. “We wanted to do something special but also practical, and we wanted the design to have an unmistakable Spanish element,” Penelope told WWD. The fine is the highest ever imposed by France's stock market regulator, AMF, and will be appealed by the luxury fashion house, says a spokesperson.
