"Megyn is an exceptional talent who has successfully filled and surpassed each role we have given her at the network," Fox News chief Roger Ailes said in a statement to Business Wire. "Her ability to command the screen, delve into the facts and lead a debate is what makes her one of the most sought-after anchors in the business."

Kelly, 42, who is set to go on maternity leave later this month for the birth of her third child, said she's looking forward to her new role with Fox News.

"Roger Ailes hired me nine years ago when I was new to this business and he had little other than instinct to suggest it might work out," she said in a statement. "I was grateful to him then, remain so today, and am excited for this next opportunity."

Fox News has yet to announce which primetime slot Kelly, who previous anchored the daytime news program, will be taking over. The network also announced, however, that they have renewed long-term contracts with Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity, Greta Van Sustern, Shepard Smith and Bret Baier.

Beyonce Concert in L.A. Draws Pregnant Heather Morris, Kourtney Kardashian, Minka Ke

Entertainer Beyonce performs on stage during "The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour" at the Staples Center on July 1, 2013 in Los Angeles, California.

L.A.'s Staples Center was the place to be on Monday, July 1, when Beyonce took the stage for the third show on the U.S. leg of her Pepsi-sponsored Mrs. Carter World Tour. Celebs packed the house to watch Jay-Z's wife work the sold-out crowd of tens of thousands of fans, giving the already super-powered event an extra dash of Hollywood glitz and glamour.

As Us Weekly previously reported, recently single Robert Pattinson was in attendance at the show, wearing a backwards baseball cap, jeans, boots, and a vintage MTV varsity jacket. But he wasn't the only A-lister in the arena -- far from it, in fact.

Glee's Kevin McHale was also in the crowd, along with pregnant costar Heather Morris, who was a backup dancer for Beyonce before she landed the role of Brittany on the FOX series. (Morris performed the iconic "Single Ladies" dance alongside Chris Colfer's character in one of the very first episodes of season one.)

"Heather looks super pregnant -- she was wearing a long, tight dress and holding her belly," an onlooker told Us of the mom-to-be. "She looked really happy though!"

Dell's VIP area in the HYDE Lounge, meanwhile, played host to Morris' costars Lea Michele, Chris Colfer, and Naya Rivera, who brought boyfriend Big Sean. A source tells Us Weekly that Rivera and Big Sean were kissing and dancing throughout the night, to tunes including "Run the World," "Halo," and "Single Ladies."

Elsewhere in the Dell-hosted section, Captain America star Chris Evans cozied up to girlfriend Minka Kelly, while Karina Smirnoff and Tiffani Thiessen played dress-up in the Dell photo booth. Toward the end of the night, Smirnoff's Dancing With the Stars pal Derek Hough challenged another guest to a dance-off.

Other celebs in the audience included Kourtney Kardashian, who stood front-row with sister Kendall Jenner and documented her amazing view of the stage on Instagram. Australian pop star Kylie Minogue also snapped a pic of Beyonce, which she captioned: "The Queen had her #beyhive buzzing...Flawless show. #Flawless!"

LONDON – Kelly Brook has signed on to star in British indie movie Taking Stock, written and directed by Maeve Murphy.

Billed as a comedy-drama inspired by the story of Bonnie and Clyde, the film is set in the British capital and Paris.

Brook will star as an up-and-coming actress whose perfect world is turned upsidedown when her boyfriend leaves her, the store she works in goes bust and she winds up broke. She devises a plan to rob the store on its last day of trading and things begin to go awry.

Shooting will begin July 1.

U.K.-based banner Swipe Films has come on board as the worldwide sales agent and is introducing the film to buyers at the London U.K. Film Focus market in the British capital.

Murphy’s most recent movie Beyond the Fire won best feature at the London Independent Film Festival and best feature at New York’s Garden State Film Festival.

The cast also includes Scot Williams (Dead Man Running), Georgia Groome (London to Brighton), Jay Brown (The Hunted), Xavier Alcan (Get Lucky) and Femi Oyeniran (Anuvahood).

The film is developed by Northern Ireland Screen and is based on the short film Sushi also written and directed by Murphy.

The movie is co-financed by Prime Focus and will be produced by Geoff Austin and Murphy with Frank Mannion of Swipe Films as executive producer.

Brook is currently starring on ITV’s Celebrity Juice and previously appeared in the Lionsgate backed movie Keith Lemon: The Movie, Piranha 3D and Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo.

Brook said: "It is so important that we continue to support British filmmaking and Maeve has written one of the best scripts I've read in a long time. I can't wait to get back to doing what I love, which is being on set and working with a hugely talented cast and crew."

Swipe Films, run by Mannion, has previously sold the Osama, In Prison My Whole Life with Colin Firth and Love Live Long, directed by Mike Figgis.

Mannion described Brook as a "movie marketers dream" because she has "an x factor that appeals equally to men and women of all ages."
